Family hubs provide a range of useful free and low-cost services for families. Anyone can visit a family hub, including parents, prospective parents, carers, young people, family members and residents.

Family hubs are not just a building but a network of services that are promoted on our new website.

The Family Hub website is the new home for the Family Information Service and the Local Offer for SEND (special educational needs and disabilities).

Locations
We have 3 family hubs at:

• Old Oak Community Centre
• Tudor Rose Community Centre
• Stephen Wiltshire Centre

*Some sessions are run from other locations.

Activities and support
We run a range of activities and support groups in our family hubs, including:

• access to health visitors
• activities for children under 5 years old
• financial, debt and benefits advice
• housing needs
• infant feeding
• maternity support
• mental health support
• parenting support
• support for young people
• Children’s centre services

All the family hubs offer services for families with children under 5 years old.
You will need to register before you can use any family hub services or attend an activity or session. To register visit us in-person at one of the hubs or call us on 020 8753 6070. Alternatively, you can send an email familyhubs@lbhf.gov.uk
