How will we a make a difference to our children?

Partnership working is critical to the success of ensuring the safety and well being of our children. No one organisation can deliver the priorities of the LSCP on their own. The Partnership Group has been in existence for several years and has a broad and committed membership with a clear sense of purpose that I want to take forward.

Throughout their existence, they have ensured that that the voice of the child is not only heard but informs all of their work. This approach is something that I want to develop by increasing the involvement of schools, representatives from the voluntary sector working with young people and most importantly and where appropriate, engaging directly with children.
